Estere Treimane

Hello! My name is Estere (Ester), and I am the Founder and CEO of Happy At Home Cleaning Services.

I originally moved to Cedar Falls, IA to pursue a degree in Public Relations at the University of Northern Iowa, but along the way I discovered a deep appreciation for this community and the wonderful people who call it home.

My professional journey started in the service and retail industry, where I spent eight years learning the value of hard work, reliability, and most importantly, caring for people. In 2022, I started my cleaning business as a small part-time venture. What began as a simple idea - helping others feel more comfortable and supported in their homes - has since grown into a full-time business that I am incredibly proud of.

At the heart of my work is a belief that a clean, welcoming home can make a real difference in someone’s day. Through Happy At Home Cleaning Services, my goal is not just to provide a service, but to contribute to the well-being of the families and individuals in our community.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things that make a house feel like home. I love spending time with my kitties, reading a good book, and gardening during the warmer months.

I feel incredibly grateful to pursue my dream of being a small business owner while serving the community that welcomed me so warmly. I look forward to meeting you and helping make your home a place where you can truly feel happy.

Hi, I’m Rachel!

With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, I’m committed to delivering a spotless clean every time.

Before joining Happy at Home, I spent over four years working in group and nursing homes. That experience not only taught me how to clean thoroughly and efficiently, but also helped me build deep roots in compassion, patience, and customer care. I learned how much of a difference it makes when someone takes the time to go the extra mile — and that’s the level of service I bring to each client I serve today.

In addition to my work, I’m currently a student at the University of Northern Iowa, pursuing my degree in Computer Science.

When I’m not studying or cleaning, you’ll find me roller skating, playing board games, or hanging out with my cats.

Bailey

Hello everyone, I'm Bailey!

I bring over ten years of experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments, where I developed a strong work ethic, strong time management skills, and attention to detail.

My background in customer service showed me how much I enjoy helping people and strengthened my ability to work with empathy, compassion, and efficiency while staying focused on doing the job well.

I transitioned from being a chef to becoming a stay-at-home mom, and I now spend my days caring for my son Noah and daughter Everly. While I do not have much free time, I enjoy relaxing by watching shows, coloring, reading, cooking and baking, going for walks, and spending time outside with my kids.

I decided to start cleaning to give myself a little time away from the kids, and further develop a growing passion for cleaning. This also helped me become more effective in my own home and allowed me to teach my children the importance of maintaining a clean space while recognizing that at this stage of life, “clean” looks a little different, and that is okay! :)

Hi there, I'm Crystal!

I love cleaning and leaving each space more beautiful and welcoming than when I arrived. There’s nothing better than seeing the difference at the end of a job and knowing I helped make someone’s day a little easier.

Before becoming a mom, I spent 7 years at a screen printing shop where I cultivated my skills at organizing and managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. After having my oldest son, I transitioned to working from home to take care of him.

Now, as a mother of two boys, Charlie and Henry, I enjoy caring for them and spending time with my family. In my down time, I enjoy reading, jigsaw puzzles, nature walks, and bike riding.

I love being part of Happy At Home because it gives me the chance to support my family while getting out of the house, and strengthen my cleaning and time management skills. I’m always happy to help make your home feel a little more put together and stress-free!

Hi, I’m Jennifer!

I recently moved to the Cedar Valley last year, and I’m so excited to be part of this community and to serve the amazing people here.

Before joining Happy At Home Cleaning Services, I spent 14 wonderful years working with a local company. During that time, I developed strong independent work skills while still being part of a team. I take pride in working efficiently, staying organized, and paying close attention to the little details that really make a difference. One of my favorite parts of that experience was building lasting relationships with customers and coworkers along the way.

Outside of work, I really enjoy the simple things in life. Spending time with family and friends is what matters most to me. I love getting outdoors - whether that’s golfing, camping, or boating - and I also enjoy decorating and making a home feel warm and inviting. One of my greatest joys is being a grandma to our granddaughter! I’m also a proud mom to my two wonderful grown children, my son Blaine and my daughter Olivia.

Having a clean house makes a Home feel like a Home! I look forward to providing you just that! A Home you can Enjoy!
